Our Story
The Year was 2005 and partnership firm was jointly incorporated between Mr.Anish Joshi and Mr. Mandar Vaidya eyeying a development of self property which was located at prime location in Mulund . This development took 3 years to Takeoff , As many legal hurdles were to be cleared . This project took of in Year 2010 and was completed in 2013 .Since then there is no looking back . Enjoying this success wave of first project which was literally very difficult to clear, Brought a Repute for these both youngsters . Many societies who had stuck up in process of development saw these youngsters as Ray of light at the end of the tunnel and started approaching them. As both of them love challenges and accepted proposals cleared them again and One by one project started to take shape . Now with a decade of experience in property matters and projects Indu enterprise stands firmly in the real estate market . Today induenterprise compromises of team of professionals taking ahead the firms Vision.

Born into a Maharashtrian Joint Family . His Father is a reputed Lawyer at Mumbai High court . Following his father footsteps of Integrity & Honesty .He completed his Graduation in commerce from Mumbai University & entered in to Real Estate Business. Passionate about business and innovation. He looks after operations of the firm
With over one decade of experience in the real estate industry, he brings his unique vision, management practices and global approach to the function, expansion, diversification and management of the organisation. As an integral part of the key management, he gets involved in every project. He now heads the Design, Sales and Finance of the firm
Mandar Vaidya
Partner, Co-Founder
He is also Born into a Maharashtrian Family . His father had a factory of Electrical Transformers which was managed by Him till 2004. With a losses mounting in Electrical Business he decided to shift his business and ventured into real estate business .
He completed More than a Lac square foot in Thane partner with other Developers which honed him skill required to start his own real estate firm . Extremely passionate and a quick learner , he looks after construction activities new techniques for completion of projects on time .
